REGISTRATION, CANCELLATION, AND SUBSTITUTION POLICIES
Registration forms will be processed only when accompanied by full payment of registration fees. People who have not paid for their registration prior to commencement of Forum may be denied access to Forum and Forum materials.
Cancellations received in writing prior to Friday, September 7th, 12:00am (EST), 2012 will be refunded in full less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after September 7th, 12:01pm (EST), 2012 are non-refundable. Only cancellations received in writing will be processed. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to find an alternate delegate to replace you by the deadline of Friday, September 21st, 12:00pm (EST), 2012.
The Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council reserves the right to cancel this Forum due to insufficient registration and will be responsible for refunding Forum registration fees only.
